Membership
What does the $29.99 membership include?
Three free tournament entries every calendar month (extra entries are $9.99 each), month-long championships, member brackets, your full competition history and statistics, the clubhouse and Clubhouse TV, and eligibility for prize events where the published official rules allow. Each tournament's own rules govern entry.
Can I play without a membership?
Yes. Any verified account can enter a tournament for $9.99. Members get three entries a month included; the free entries reset on the 1st (Eastern time) and don't roll over. Paid entry fees are non-refundable.
When am I billed, and how do I cancel?
Membership renews monthly on the date you joined. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep full access until then. See the Membership & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars before any applicable sales tax: $29.99 per month for membership, or $9.99 per tournament entry.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto only: USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, and SOL. You pay on our payment processor's secure page (NOWPayments), and prices are set in US dollars, so the coin amount is calculated when you pay. Membership starts, or your tournament entry goes through, as soon as the payment confirms on the blockchain.
Tournaments
How are matches played and reported?
You play your match in your own virtual golf setup at an agreed time, then one player reports the score. The opponent confirms or disputes it. Disputes go to a tournament director, who reviews any screenshots and records the official result. No result is official until it is confirmed or verified.
Is Tee Box Tour affiliated with a golf game or simulator?
No. Tee Box Tour is an independent club and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, simulator maker, broadcaster, or golf organization. Each tournament lists the platform requirements in its rules.
How do rankings work?
Points come only from finalized tournaments: placement points plus points for match wins, with a multiplier for monthly championships. The rules in force for an event are locked when it finishes, so later rule changes never rewrite past standings.
Prizes
Are there cash prizes?
No. Prizes are physical golf-related items only — equipment, accessories, apparel, and similar products. There are no cash prizes, cash alternatives, wallets, withdrawals, or wagering of any kind.
Is a prize guaranteed?
No. Prizes are awarded only under each event's official rules to verified, eligible winners. A prize marked “Planned” has not yet been acquired. Prize events may be limited by state or age eligibility.
Clubhouse
What is on Clubhouse TV?
The Club Channel, produced by Tee Box Tour from live club data, plus golf programming the club has secured permission to show. We never rebroadcast network feeds without authorization, and a LIVE badge appears only when the source confirms a live broadcast.
Account
Can other members see my email or billing details?
Never. Public profiles show your display name, avatar, and (to members) your verified competition record. Email, billing, and account details stay private.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. Account → Privacy lets you download a copy of your data and permanently close your account. Competition results stay in tournament records under an anonymized name so brackets remain accurate.
