Status
No sweepstakes is currently running. Any sweepstakes will publish its own complete official rules — sponsor, eligibility, entry period, free alternate method of entry (if any), prize description and approximate retail value, odds, winner selection, notification, and restrictions — reviewed by counsel before it opens.
No purchase necessary (where applicable)
Where an event is structured as a sweepstakes, a free method of entry with equal chance of winning will be described in that event's rules if required. [Counsel to finalize.]
Eligibility
Open only to legal US residents 21 years of age or older, excluding void jurisdictions listed in the event's rules. Employees of the club and their households are not eligible.
Winner selection and records
Random drawings are conducted with a recorded, auditable selection process. Records of entrants and selections are retained as required.
Prizes
Physical prizes only. No cash substitution except at the sponsor's discretion where a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
