What personal information the club collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash or Google sign-in identifier), profile details you choose to add, membership and billing records from our payment processor (we never receive full card numbers), tournament entries, match reports, uploaded evidence screenshots, prize-delivery addresses for winners, and technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
To operate your account and membership, run tournaments and rankings, verify results and resolve disputes, administer and deliver prizes, send transactional and (with your consent) marketing email, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
What other members see
Your display name, avatar, profile bio, and — to members — your verified competition record. Your email, billing details, and address are never shown to other members.
Service providers
We use a cryptocurrency payment processor (NOWPayments), an email delivery provider, cloud hosting and database providers, and private object storage for evidence files. They process data on our behalf under contract.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Expired sessions and tokens are purged automatically. Billing records are retained as required by tax law. Competition results are kept for the integrity of historical standings; if you close your account they are anonymized as “Former member”.
Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Evidence files are stored privately and shown only to the players involved and tournament directors. Prize shipping addresses are encrypted at rest.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile, change email preferences, download your data, and close your account at any time from your account settings. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
