How billing, renewal, cancellation, failed payments, and refunds work.

Price and payment
Tee Box Tour Club Membership is $29.99 USD per month, paid in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, and SOL). You can buy 1, 3, or 12 months at a time; months bought early are added to the end of your current membership. Prices are in US dollars and converted to the coin you choose at the time of payment.
Renewal
Crypto payments cannot be charged automatically, so membership does not auto-renew. We email reminders 5 days and 1 day before your membership ends. Your paid-through date is shown in Account → Billing.
Ending your membership
Simply don't renew: your membership ends on its paid-through date and you become a Free Guest. You can turn off renewal reminders in Account → Billing, and back on any time.
Short or late payments
Send the exact amount shown on the payment page. If network fees or price movement make a payment come up short, your purchase is not completed; contact us and we will resolve it. Unpaid payment pages expire; start a new one any time.
Refunds
Membership months and tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where the club cancels the service. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error. [Counsel to confirm state-specific requirements.]
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
What membership does not include
Membership does not guarantee entry into any particular tournament, any result, or any prize. Prize-event eligibility is governed by each event's official rules.
