The rules that apply to every Tee Box Tour competition, alongside each event's own rules.

Draft — pending legal review

This document describes how the platform works and is provided as a draft. It is not legal advice and has not yet been approved by counsel. Bracketed items will be completed during review.

1. Entry

Players must be 21 years of age or older. Register through the tournament page before the registration deadline shown in the event's time zone. Fields are limited; entries are accepted in order until the field is full. Withdrawals are allowed until the draw.

2. Formats

Match play events use single-elimination brackets seeded by season ranking (or as stated). Top seeds receive byes when the field is not a power of two. Stroke play events rank players by total verified strokes; ties share a placement unless the event specifies a tie-break.

3. Playing your match

Contact your opponent promptly after the draw and agree on a time. Play in your own virtual golf setup using the course and settings published for the round. The platform does not connect to or import results from any game; results are reported manually.

4. Reporting and confirmation

One player reports the result before the reporting deadline. The opponent confirms or disputes it. Screenshots may be required. A result becomes official only when confirmed by the opponent or verified by a tournament director. No player is advanced on an unconfirmed report.

5. Disputes

Disputes must describe what is wrong with the reported result. Directors review both reports and any evidence and record the official result with a written explanation visible to both players.

6. Deadlines and forfeits

Matches not reported by the deadline are reviewed by a director, who may record a forfeit, extend the deadline, or take other action under these rules.

7. Rankings

Ranking points are awarded only for finalized tournaments under the ranking rules in force for that event, which are locked when the event is finalized. Later rule changes do not alter past results.

8. Fair play

Cheating, collusion, sandbagging, using another person's account, or falsifying results leads to disqualification and may lead to account termination and forfeiture of any prize.

9. Changes and cancellations

The tournament committee may suspend, reschedule, or cancel an event for good reason, and will notify registered players with an explanation.
