Prize Fulfillment Policy
How winners are verified, notified, and receive physical prizes.

Physical prizes only
Prizes are tangible golf-related products. There is no cash value, cash alternative, account credit, or transfer. Advertised values are approximate retail values set by the club and never exceed $1,000 per tournament.
Planned versus confirmed prizes
A prize marked “Planned” has not been acquired. A prize is “Confirmed” only after the club holds it in inventory. Only confirmed prizes are committed to winners.
Winner verification
After a tournament is finalized, the club verifies each winner's eligibility (identity, age, residency, and rules compliance) before sending a winner notification.
Accepting your prize
Verified winners accept the prize and provide a US shipping address from Account → Prizes before the response deadline in the notification. Addresses are encrypted and used only for delivery.
Shipping
We ship within 30 days of acceptance where practical and email tracking details. Lost-in-transit claims are handled with the carrier.
Forfeiture
A prize may be forfeited if the winner is ineligible, declines, or does not respond by the deadline, as described in the event's official rules.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes. Where required, the club will request tax information and issue tax forms. [Counsel/accountant to confirm thresholds.]
