Billing, renewal & cancellation
Renewing
Crypto can't be charged automatically, so you pay for each month (or several at once). We email you a reminder 5 days and 1 day before your membership runs out. Months you buy early are added to the end of your current membership.
Monthly entries
Your 3 free entries reset at midnight Eastern on the 1st of each month, whatever your renewal date. Unused entries don't carry over.
Ending your membership
Simply don't renew — your membership ends on its paid-through date and you become a Free Guest. You can also turn off renewal reminders in Account → Billing.
Taxes
The $29.99 membership and $9.99 entry prices are in US dollars before any applicable sales tax.
Refunds
Membership months and paid tournament entries are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or described in the Membership & Cancellation Policy.
Short or late payments
Send the exact amount shown on the payment page; network fees can make a payment come up short. If that happens, contact the club and we'll sort it out. Unpaid invoices expire after a while — just start a new one.
Tournament eligibility
Each tournament publishes its own eligibility rules (for example, age, location, or verified identity). Membership does not guarantee entry into a full event or any prize.
