Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Tee Box Tour (“the club”, “we”) operates an online membership club for competitive virtual golf. Tee Box Tour is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any video game publisher, golf simulator manufacturer, broadcaster, or golf governing body.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account or enter any tournament. We may ask you to verify your age, and accounts opened by anyone under 21 will be closed. Individual tournaments may set additional eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Membership

Tee Box Tour Club Membership costs $29.99 USD per month, paid in cryptocurrency. Membership does not renew automatically: it lasts for the months you pay for. Membership provides access to club features described on the Membership page. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Membership & Cancellation Policy.

4. Competition

Tournaments are governed by the Official Tournament Rules and each event's published rules. Results become official only when confirmed by both players or verified by a tournament director. Directors' decisions on disputes are final, subject to the appeal process described in the rules.

5. Prizes

Where offered, prizes are physical goods only and are awarded under each event's official rules. There are no cash prizes, cash alternatives, account balances, withdrawals, or player-to-player transfers. No prize is guaranteed. Prize competitions may be unavailable in some states.

6. No wagering

Wagering, betting, or exchanging money or anything of value on the outcome of any match or tournament is prohibited, on or off the platform. Violations result in disqualification and account termination.

7. Conduct

You agree to play fairly, report results honestly, respect other members, and follow the Responsible Competition Policy. Cheating, collusion, harassment, result manipulation, or misuse of another person's account is prohibited.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Tee Box Tour name, crest, site design, and original artwork belong to the club. Screenshots you upload as match evidence remain yours; you grant the club a limited license to store and review them for competition administration.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the rules, with notice where practical. You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim. [Counsel to finalize.]

11. Disputes and governing law

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance by email and on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
